The Arizona Diamondbacks are starting to build something on this road trip—and Sunday’s 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies might be the clearest sign yet.
In a game that featured momentum swings, clutch hits, and high-pressure moments late, Arizona rallied in the eighth inning and held on to secure a series-clinching victory at Citizens Bank Park. With the win, the Diamondbacks improved to 9-7 on the season and have now won back-to-back road series against the Mets and Phillies.
