In a game that had everything—momentum swings, clutch hits, bullpen drama, and extra-inning tension—the Arizona Diamondbacks outlasted the Atlanta Braves 6-5 in 10 innings on Sunday at Chase Field.

After getting embarrassed in Game 1 of the series, Arizona responded by grinding through one of the most competitive games of the young season. And when it mattered most, it was Ketel Marte delivering the knockout punch.

Perdomo’s defense in extra innings may have saved the game before Marte ever stepped up.
