Our mission at No Boss No Rush is to create clothing, products, and services that help entrepreneurs reach their goals. We are committed to supporting our military veterans and giving them the tools and resources that they need in order to thrive and succeed. We strive to create a supportive, inspiring, and positive environment for our customers and community.

We strive to create innovative products and services that foster creativity, inspire motivation and productivity, and drive meaningful change in our communities. We believe in harnessing the power of collaboration and creating a space for everyone to pursue success.
The co-founders, Jeff Demers and Marnie Tisdale, are dedicated to supporting the military veteran community. Jeff Demers is a former Sergeant in the United States Army. He served a tour in Bosnia in the late 90's with the 1st Cavalry Division. He's also been stationed at Camp Hovey, South Korea in the 2nd Infantry Division, along with time at Fort Jackson, Fort Gordon, and Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Marnie Tisdale is a former Army Spouse, and her Grandfather served in the Navy during World War II through the Vietnam era.
This mission continues through their product line - 10-90% of all proceeds from their "Veteran Boss" products and those with the camouflaged logo are donated to organizations that help veterans struggling with PTSD and those struggling financially during the holiday season.
Additionally, Jeff Demers is a full-time entrepreneur and coach, with the goal of helping fellow veterans and other entrepreneurs build their brands and exceed their goals. With your continued support, we know these dreams are possible.
